When you work with the skin around your eyes using this toning exercise,  you can prevent and reduce the annoying crow’s feet.

How do I do that?

  • Put your index finger and thumb together, as if you were making a pair of glasses with your hands.
  • Put them around your eyes your  without pushing too hard, but so that you tighten the skin up and down.
  • Blink 20 times, hold the tension, hold for 2 or 3 seconds, and relax.

3. Facial exercises for your cheeks

The cheeks are where a loss of elasticity and firmness is most noticeable.

The skin becomes easily flabby and  can show your years, even prematurely.

However, your cheeks can be strengthened again by doing this exercise that makes the muscles in the area work.

How do I do that?

  • Inhale and inflate your cheeks.
  • When they are tight and inflated, press them with your fingertips.
  • Hold for 10 seconds  and then exhale slowly.
  • Then make a kissing face with your lips to the right and then to the left.
  • Repeat this  10 times before resting.

3. Eyelid exercise

Your eyelids are sensitive and  tend to start to sag due to loss of nutrients in the skin.

Consistent training and treatment is important because the tissue here loses elasticity more easily than other areas.

How do I do that?

  • Place your index finger between the lower part of your eye and your nose.
  • Without opening your mouth, start blinking quickly and try to look up at the ceiling.
  • Flash for  20 to 30 seconds and repeat the whole thing 3 times.

5. Facial exercises for the area around your mouth

The skin around your mouth is under constant attack  from the sun, toxins and certain foods.

This is because the skin here is thinner and is often neglected in people’s skincare routine.

Fortunately, this toning exercise is  very simple and can be done several times a day.

How do I do that?

  • Open your mouth as much as possible, hold for 3 seconds, and close it.
  • Do 1 0 repetitions, 2 or 3 times.
  • Then, in front of a mirror, make vocal sounds loud and try to move your mouth in an exaggerated way.
  • Do 1 0 repetitions before relaxing.

6. Chin and neck exercise

The last of our facial exercises trains the chin and neck. If you exercise these areas every day,  you will prevent lethargy and inflammation.

How do I do that?

  • Stand or sit with your back straight and look straight ahead.
  • Lean your head back, look up at the ceiling, and  move your mouth as if you are chewing on something.
  • Hold for a few seconds, return to the starting position, and do  10 to 15 repetitions.
