4 Three-day Detox Diets

- Drink the smoothie throughout the day.
3. Detox soup diet
The soup in these diets contains potassium, an alkaline element to help get rid of toxins in your cells. It also provides soluble fiber that stimulates the excretion of bile and insoluble fiber that promotes bowel movement.

Broccoli soup

- 300 g broccoli
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves

- 500 ml fat-free chicken broth

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (15 g)
