1. Aloe vera

  • Cut the aloe vera leaf and open it horizontally (be careful not to sting yourself).

  • Do not rinse.
  • It is best if you leave it on overnight.
  • Repeat daily.

2. Lemon juice

It is very important that you use this treatment against dark spots on the skin at night. This is because if the citric acids come in contact with the sun, it will have a negative effect.

Before going to bed, squeeze the juice from this citrus fruit into a glass, use it to moisten a cotton ball and rub it over the areas you want to bleach. Rinse it off with cold water in the morning, and apply a moisturizer. Use this procedure 3 times a week.
