Ingredients

  • 1 onion (100 g)
  • 1 pepper (150 g)
  • 4 teaspoons salt (20 g)
  • 1 cup milk (225 ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (100 ml)
  • 1/3 pack asparagus (50 g)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (45 g)
  • 1 packet of long spaghetti (1 kg)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (5 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour (60 g)
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary (10 g)

Preparation

  • First, cut the onions and peppers into cubes. Put olive oil in a saucepan with the chopped vegetables.
  • Then sprinkle over 2 teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons rosemary. You should sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, pour in the water and cover with a lid. Steam the vegetables for 20 minutes until soft.
  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until it boils. You can add half of the onion if you want.
  • Then melt the margarine in a separate saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix until it becomes a dough.
  • When the milk and the mixture of margarine and flour are ready, mix it together in a saucepan over low heat and whisk well until the lumps are gone.
  • You will gradually notice that the mixture will turn into a white sauce. Then add 2 teaspoons of salt and stir a little more.
  • Remove the vegetables from the pan and mix them with the white sauce.
  • Finally, you make spaghetti in a separate pot. When ready, serve it and pour the white sauce on top of the spaghetti with the steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 onions (250 g)
  • 5 eggs (200 g)
  • 1 sack of potatoes (200 g)
  • 5 carrots (150 g)
  • 1 paibunn
  • 1 bunch spinach (300 g)
  • 4 teaspoons salt (20 g)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (5 g)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (5 ml)
  • 1/2 green pepper cut into small pieces (80 g)

Preparation

  • First, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into 1/2 cm thick slices. Cut the onions into small pieces.
  • Then steam the vegetables for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons salt.
  • Then pour the water into a saucepan and add 2 teaspoons of salt over medium heat. When it starts to boil, put in the spinach and leave it for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Stretch the pie base into a mold and spread a teaspoon of olive oil over it so that the filling does not stick.
  • Whisk the 5 eggs together with the parsley, oregano and green peppers in a bowl. Put it away.
  • Now you can make the filling. Put the vegetables in the mold, start with the carrots, then the potatoes, the onion and finally the spinach.
